Democratic Primaries 2020 - Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

Those texts were so annoying I maxed out so I wouldn’t get any more!

219K new donors is amazing, the movement keeps getting bigger

I know by the time our primary happens it will be pretty much decided who the nominee is but anything to get the Gold Coasters’ panties in a bunch is fine by me.

Where do you see that? WaPo is showing Pete still slightly ahead with 97% reported. Also skydiver already posted a link to Pete’s numbers.

I think he means direct personal donations by Mckenzie ghouls. Of course there’s likely no upper bound on the dark money that could flow to mayor cheat.

Impressive. That means Bernie can raise two thousand one hundred and something times as much money to get to Bloombergs “that he could spend amount.” Or about the amount that Mike has under the couch cushions. He can blow through half of his fortune (which, by the way, probably went up another 10 million or so while I was typing this) and still have enough cash to make Trump look like a hot dog stand vendor.

If Bloomberg decides he’s REALLY going to run, we’re going to find out how much money means in terms of getting elected. As much as I loath Trump, I don’t think that’s a good thing…

In other news, Friday’s debate is gonna be LIT. Malarkey is at unprecedented levels and Biden is about to go hard at Pete and Bernie.

Yes please! I don’t think there’s anything that would increase the EV of Sanders/Warren winning more than having Joe! attempt to attack Bernie and Pete in the debate tomorrow.

The insane stat about Bloomberg is that he’s spent several hundred million dollars and it hasn’t reduced his wealth. His spending is literally less than the risk free rate of return on his fortune.

“Now Sen. Sanders has talked about the single-payer, Medicare for All health care system in this country for 30 years. To his credit, he’s been consistent. But he hasn’t moved the ball a single solitary inch,” he said.

How many presidential candidates were running on a single payer platform 30 years ago Joe? How about the public option you’re calling for now?

I’m sure Bernie has nothing to do with half of the party imitating his platform.

Biden, one of the very people in Congress who made that effort impossible, is complaining about that? His point is that Bernie failed to get people like Joe Biden voted out?

Trumpian levels of shamelessness.

LOL Biden

“When I was VP we controlled everything. And while Bernie Sanders was calling for us to cover everyone, I reached across the aisle and passed Mitt Romney’s health plan, which ensured costs would continue to rise in perpetuity while corporate health care profits soared. What, it’s not time for dinner yet? Mularkey, my phone says 5:00.”

Looks like it worked.

Pete is going to win. He’s a young Biden.
