yea, I really don’t have a good answer for #2. maybe i’d put yang if he was still in, maybe. I know it doesn’t matter cause you can only vote for one, but this has become a pretty sad group of people after bernie.

Thanks for not making us pick a third.

For some reason I walked past a Yang2020 table today. I didn’t have the heart to stop and ask why they were there.

The one Yang yard sign I’ve seen is still up as of today

Liz
Steyer Bernie Klob Pete
Biden Tulsi
Bloomberg

Tulsi vs Bloomberg for last place is a tough one.

I like Warren slightly more than Bernie and the rest all suck.

I voted Bernie first and Warren 2nd tho as he has a better shot at winning.

I agree with most of this, but it still rustles my jimmies.

Democratic candidates are so weak that Steyer is some people’s second option.

I just listened to Ezra Klein’s interview of Steyer, bumped him up to number one for me.

Steyer would do better than most. I hope he makes it as VP. I think he could be one of the most effective VPs ever.

Not sure what benefit Steyer brings to the VP slot.

VP should be someone to balance the ticket and help with electability or someone well-versed in politics and machinery who can get things done for a less experienced VP. Biden was a super solid pick because he checked both boxes. Palin, on the other hand, was possibly the worst VP pick ever because she didn’t come remotely close to either.

When has a VP pick ever been the thing that puts a candidate who was behind in the race ahead?

The answer to that question is why Hillary picked a human sweater vest to be her running mate.

VP picks only hurt. They never help

You should listen to Ezra Klein’s interview of Steyer. If the candidate is Bernie, Steyer provides probably the best “balance” to Bernie’s perceived socialism. He can be an effective attack dog against all the “capitalism is unquestionably good” people on the right. Plus he has spent the last ten years working on getting policies implemented across the country. He clearly cares about results, not holding power, so I think that will make him even more effective as a VP.
