they went a bit overboard. they should have stopped at 5G, and planned to release 6G in time for 2024.

Give it to me baby (uh huh, uh huh)

Deplorable, unvaxxed fat POS I used to play poker with was reportedly loaded into an ambulance with his blood oxygen level at 25 and is currently vented, but is supposedly getting better.

Typo or zombie?

Third hand report. Have no idea if accurate.

I think that has to be a misreport. You should call 911 if you hit 90 and below 70 you’re in acute danger of dying.

I reconfirmed and the person I talked to said it was 25 and the EMTs were shocked he was still alive. A doctor I know confirmed it was theoretically possible to still be alive.

Gonna be fun on the internet arguing what was worse, 9/11 or COVID.

Daniel Dale has to have the most depressing job ever. Either you’re inundated with lies and get sick of correcting the same ones or have to fabricate them to prove to others that you need to exist. He may very well be the only to care about the things he’s correcting now.

Some people can hang on for quite a while with extremely low blood oxygen, and the finger pulse ox isn’t particularly accurate below a certain point (70ish I believe).

Now if these dogs were also trained to rip the faces off the unvaxxed

Once you get below 80-85% pulse ox is generally not accurate. Add in that he was probably in shock with cold hands it’s possible that this is a reading, but not possible that his actual oxygen level was that low if that makes sense

Kentucky reported 5,252 new coronavirus cases — including 1,602 new cases among people 18 years and younger — and 36 new deaths from the virus on Thursday, according to state data.

Kentucky was actually doing pretty good with COVID until the legislature stripped the Democratic governor’s powers on mandates. Been straight up hill since then. Way to stick it to the libs.

This thing finally hit home. Uncle was intubated last night. Not super close to him, but after my aunt went through two marriages with a drug addict who vanished and a guy who beat the shit out of her, this guy came along and was amazing. He became a father to her four kids and was just an all around stand up guy who I’ve always had a ton of respect for.

But yeah, not vaccinated even though he has been in and out of the hospital the last several years. I feel very Republican seeing posts of these anti vax people dying and being like “well serves you right fuckhead” but feeling like shit because someone I know and like and probably shares the same views is on his deathbed. What’s that about conservatives only carrying about things that directly affect them?

My 2 year old sneezed on me yesterday. We had a good laugh and then I told him “you need to cover your mouth when you sneeze buddy… especially during a pandemic.” And for the first time in a long time it hit me how fucking absurd it is that I had to add that at the end. I’m just feeling super defeated lately, knowing that this isn’t going to end any time soon (if ever) and my uncle isn’t even close to the last person I’ll see die due to this godawful virus.

It’s okay to sometimes feel defeated, during a pandemic.
