Totally true. And it’s because it’s largely invisible to the general public. It’s a lot easier to feel unaffected by a number going up on the news every day than, say, nonstop video of a couple of planes slamming into buildings.
It’s kind of our thing.
My son’s preschool just got closed for a covid case in his classroom. I have a 9 month pregnant wife and my 75 year old mom is suppose to come next week from Israel for the first time ever.
I will invoke my one time for a negative test on Sunday.
