I feel like criterion #2 should be first, but its existence on the list at all seems to be an acknowledgement that a fetus (at least one past the point of viability) is worth more than zero.

Its more the poor that are more unvaccinated. So no changes to the existing US healthcare system needed.
I think something like twice, then yea, nothing would change. At some point you round the bend and I feel like it’d be something like 3 to 5 times.
