Yeah Ontario is sadly on a bad trajectory. Numerous factors all pulling in one direction:
Schools opening
Broad pandemic fatigue, lots of people are going out to eat while they can anticipating another shut down
Government hesitation - we are not putting in the control measures we had in April, even though things are just as bad
Propaganda - tons of people have been inundated with Facebook lies and are acting accordingly
October is going to be bad.

Are they shutting anything down there yet? I’ve been following Quebec a lot more closely and they just went code red in most of the populated areas with significant new restrictions.
15.3% tests came back positive in the Czech Republic yesterday.
Today might be another record-breaking day.
It’s very possible that schools shut for way longer than the two weeks currently planned. I really think the only way to turn back the clock is to go full lockdown again.

I just got an email from Quest Diagnostics saying that they are now offering at home testing kits.
