COVID-19: Chapter 4 - OPEN FOR BUSINESS

It’s been my name for 20 years on 2p2, but no. I also have no idea why I chose it originally.

That’s incredible. It’s like parody

And just leaves the shit for someone else to clean up. Of course.

Guys, try not to judge, it’s really hot in AZ right now.

Hmm, original photo is gone from story, kind of ruined without it:

Went on a long walk around Manhattan today. A lot of people living it up at sidewalk cafes. I know spread is less likely outside, but I’m still worried about strangers sitting and talking (sans masks) fairly close to each other for an hour or more.

It’s been my name in real life for 48 years

What was your name for the 48 years before those?

A bit late to it but this is soooo good.

Affirmative. The case numbers will eventually translate into at least 1% deaths (cfr not ifr). If it’s simple lag then starting in a few days. If it’s lag by age demo then add 2-3 weeks as it crosses into the olds.

As in-can’t go party with my friends, so I’ll hang out with my family…

I’m worried that when we subtract out the immediate deaths, we will see a real decrease if life expectancy from long term impacts to lung function etc. thinking - 1 year?

My tennis partner and I were discussing athletes today. Imagine an elite athlete losing 5% of their lung capacity. That’s probably career ending for some (like a football DB).

How many concerts have you been to? The lack of music might suck, but it’s cheaper.

I’ve been to Texas twice for vacations and we did this both times! That was ten years ago though.

LOL it’s a supercut of some of the most insane comments intercut into a P&R town hall.

Pretty much what I think about all the time. I swear I’m more afraid of a 1% chance of permanent damage than a 1% chance of death. I’m sure I’d feel differently if I came to death’s door and survived with lung damage.
