Its mandatory at all the G stores I visit now here in NorCal, which is nice, because nobody seems to give a fuck here.
But yeah, Safeway, Nugget, and Costco all require masks for entry, though I guess the woman who was wearing one as a chinstrap counts? because she didnt get kicked out or told to put it on better.

Thatās probably stretching it a little. I donāt think thereās anything about Brāer rabbit and company specifically thatās racist, just the Song of the South movie they came from. IIRC it had sort of an āaw shucks slavery wasnāt half badā kind of undertone.

And itās not like the movie theater business is going great either and I doubt ESPN has been raking it in recently (with the possible exception of The Last Dance). Maybe they get a bunch of new Disney+ subscribers when Hamilton drops next week, and they have revenue from theme parks in other parts of the world, but their current business is definitely taking a big hit.

That may change between now and then. Republican leaders in both General Assembly chambers said they plan to keep talking, and House leaders in particular were optimistic they can find enough common ground to let people wear face coverings without ā technically, at least ā breaking a law passed decades ago to target the Ku Klux Klan.
