Same as before. Punch in the arm and not feeling super great the next day, then fine. Thought maybe it was lingering for a while, then found out I actually had covid. Would be ironic if I actually got covid while at the pharmacy getting vaxxed. Most likely got it from one of my kids and their disease riddled school. Given how mild my kids symptoms are they could’ve had covid multiple times and we would never have known.

That’s been a chronic condition my entire life and I don’t want to be cured.
A bit sorer for a bit longer, but pain was still localized to my arm and not that different from the other shots.

I was sick as hell, but have only met a couple of people who experienced the same.
both my wife and I were basically fine. She had some arm pain the day after and that’s about it.
Just went but they wouldn’t give it to me because I am two weeks short of 5 months since I had covid.
I got the moderna bivalent on a friday, and I had slightly more intense side effects on Saturday than from the previous doses (all pfizer). Not a huge difference but enough to be definitive. Flu-like symptoms but nothing debilitating, definitely less intense than the last time I actually had the flu. Arm was sore AF Saturday but all side effects were gone on Sunday.
That must be a Canada thing. It’s much less in the US. I think bare minimum is 2 months since infection? My wife got the bivalent well short of 5 months since her infection.
It’s an Alberta thing. Our policy is set by the province.
Any province have Florida-like crazies making the calls?

Sort of Kicked my butt, but I took it and the Flu shot on the same visit. I also switched from 3x Pfizer to Moderna.
Felt some arm pain for a day or two. Twelve hours after the shot, I started feeling blah but that feeling only lasted a few hours.
Walked in to CVS today to try to get an unscheduled bivalent booster, but the pharmacy was closed for lunch. Remembered that I got a text yesterday about our townships fall fest today offering boosters so I went over there. Found the ten and had about 15 people in line in front of me. They had already run out of Pfizer, but I wanted moderna so all was good. The actual shot hurt way more than the others, chalking that up to the kid that was giving it to me.
And they gave me a $25 gift card after getting the booster. Pretty good deal!
Arm hurts, expecting to feel like shit tonight.

Every pharmacy gives you some shit coupon for a discount when you get jabbed. One of mine was an actual $5 gift certificate, so I got myself a couple of toothbrushes on my way out.
