If you were exposed and didnāt get infected, I would guess you non-adaptive immune system took care of the job and your body didnāt bother making antibodies.

I would say that virtually any contact with the immune system consequential enough to cause a response would be an asymptomatic infection. I think some infections would be so low level that theyāre not even detectable as asymptomatic infections, but maybe Iām wrong and PCR is too sensitive for that.
