I’ve been playing New Vegas lol
We got news today that my firm has canceled all domestic travel, which is ESSENTIAL to our business. All employees (thousands? tens of thousands?) currently on the road were instructed to return home this Friday and remain home for at least two weeks, at which time we will reevaluate. Gonna be a major hit in revenue.
There’s no reason for him to tell us he’s being tested, but I’m sure he is. Probably on the hour. He’s a germaphobe, right?
I ain’t gonna lie; if I were in your office with a buttercream sheet cake I’d have a slice.

I can’t see how it doesn’t happen. I’ve been telling co-workers and others that I expect the subway and busses to shut down at some point. I rode twice this week, and you simply can’t have the trains running if you’re serious about containing transmission. Still saw someone coughing into their hand and then touching the pole a couple days ago.
If this thing had only been a month or so earlier it might have helped make the case for why a “return to normal” ain’t gonna cut it and why universal healthcare is such a good idea.

I am hopeful the book and streaming side of my industry will do well. A lot of well-to-do people who always wanted to write a book or a script but never had the time gonna find themselves ready to hire some help. E-book and streaming video sales will soar primarily through Amazon, so Barnes and Noble might finally collapse without some sort of federal intervention. Hollywood isn’t going anywhere, but the evolution of once-familiar channels of production and distribution might dramatically speed up.

Because he’s allowed himself to face accurate testing on literally anything else in his life, right? I believe he might be tested without his knowledge, but I don’t see him being that kind of germaphobe. He lives in denial.
That is my SOP if things get super drawn out and I need to order supplies. Hazmat and disinfect everything at entry.
Can we get an emergency increase in number of Likes/day we can give during this crisis? Too many good posts and I’m running out earlier and earlier each day.
