The reality here is that chadwell didnât get a few jobs because he was too much of a hick to haughty taughty admins, but liberty is prob going to pay him 2-3 million per year to beat up on shitty CUSA teams.
I still donât understand how or why liberty even has any legitimate accreditations.

I havenât said much on this and this will likely all it will be. But it seems like he got the job the week of the UVA cancellation and mailed in the past 2 weeks. Things were disorganized and gameplans were poorly made up. Trying to sway certain coaches on staff to come with him and it turned into a mess. Coach Moglia was in the facilities regularly last week.
Coastal is going to go through a transition here. McCall likely is gone with this as well. So two huge hits. With all that said, I got to work a few years with Chadwell both as OC and HC and he was amazing to work for. Outside of OâLeary it was the most open environment I have been in.
I wish him the best at Liberty. Itâs unfortunate how much of a mess his leaving has been though.
