I liked the lunch room fight in season 1 even though it was over the top. It’s gotten more ridiculous though and it doesn’t really fit with the time of the rest of the show.

Grunching. Didn’t think I’d like this show but I’ve marathoned most of three seasons in a week and holy shit I love it. Just wanted to come in and post that.
Currently at the episode where Daniel is in Okinawa and Miguel is at the rock show rocking his foot, legit clapped for him.
Feels weird but I’m 100% on team Daniel and Tory lol. Can’t believe I’m actually interested in teenage love stories but I’ve been rooting hard as fuck for my boy Miguel since the first season. Though kissing Sam was fucked up to my girl Tory.
Will probably back and read the thread when I finish this last season and reply to a bunch of people.

I really like Tory, especially since I could kind of relate to the home life thing. They’re making her an asshole in season 3, but I hope she turns it around.
Is it normal to root against Robby even before he put Miguel in a coma? I don’t know previous to that he always seemed off. He said and did all the right things after joining up with Daniel, and he’s got a fucked up home life too, but something about him always made me dislike him and root for Miguel.

The scale of their crowning life achievement of saving lives on a multitude of planets and bringing peace across the galaxy sets them just slightly ahead of the local karate tourney champs. Johnny Lawrence’s son Robby hates him almost as much as Kylo Ren hates Han Solo.
The longer Robby trained with Daniel to escape his father’s legacy, the more he turned out to be just like Johnny was back in the ‘80s. And the more Miguel trained with Johnny, the more he turned into what Daniel was like in high school.

You didn’t laugh once? Not sure if the writer is serious or the nerd version of Armond White, but the comparison shots were a fun read.
I am just jealous, that there are people who make money nerding it out in that way. The heat of the take is secondary to that glory.
