All kinds of phrases are routinely used in lieu of, and often something more like a declaration against, being thoughtful or at least having to express a real point. āpurity testā is definitely one of them.

Some people donāt read the forum daily. Whatās the statute of limitations for posting about a topic?
There isnāt one obviously but his mo is the same every time. He only ever comments when there is a fight. He comes in days after it is over and posts a bunch of stuff meant to inflame the fight again.
He knows what he is doing. Itās not subtle.
I honestly donāt care much itās just silly.
Thatād only be applicable if the fight ended and and youād conceded and apologized. That doesnāt seem to be the case.
For example, hereās a statement:
