Can’t see Bluesky ever being the answer. Like Trolly said, they don’t embed properly anywhere. And you can’t even read the tweets (or whatever they’re called) without signing up for an account.
The death toll has risen significantly in the last few hours. Over 600 confirmed deaths in the attack and the number will probably continue to rise.

I loathe this on a level it’s hard to describe. As if someone who ever did sex work is not worthy of an opinion ever again. It’s disgusting.

Anyone else feel like the reporting on this is really bad? It’s hard to find reputable and detailed sources. Also see the downfall of Twitter - used to be rock solid as a news source but obviously not anymore.

This must be so terrifying for anyone on the ground. I spend a lot of time getting angry or depressed about the state of politics over here, but I’m privileged enough not to have any genuine concern for actual personal safety, either for myself or my loved ones. This is a whole different level and I can’t imagine how terrible it must be.
