My favorite thing about Bush was how he pleaded for religious tolerance so long as the religion involves an Abraham. So Rastafarians make the cut I guess, but Buddhists go straight to Methodist hell.

Interesting. So i guess all jews in Israel are actually collectively responsible for the evil done by the few zionist fascists in power because they havent risen up against it. Didn’t think we’d see ‘maybe the nazis had a point’ so soon but im learning a lot right now. Sorry yuv.

It’s only as high as 28% because a huge number of people are ignorant of the facts. The percentage of informed people who think it is possible has to be tiny.

When 95% of Israelis begin calling for the death and destruction of Gaza and all its residents, then your “gotcha” analogy might be reasonable.

Is that the percentage of Palestinians that support Hama?

I made up that number, but I’d be amazed if it was much lower. Gazans have spent their entire lives experiencing misery and being told by their leaders/elders that the Jews are solely responsible for their poverty and misery.

Hamas appears to be unpopular outside of Palestine. Hamas has been suppressing elections and protests since 2006. If Hamas were so popular, they’d allow elections to push the narrative that they are an expression of the will of the people. I suspect they know they can’t win another election.

People can still want the deaths of their sworn enemies despite realizing the futility of a planned terrorist attack.

Within the first few sentences:

"Moreover, half (50%) agreed with the following proposal: “Hamas should stop calling for Israel’s destruction, and instead accept a permanent two-state solution based on the 1967 borders.”

Palestinians in Gaza are more reasonable than MAGA Republicans.
