There are basically five essential hot sauces that should be in every kitchen; Cholula, sriracha, Tabasco, generic Louisiana style hot sauce, and generic buffalo style hot sauce. Your ordering amongst these and whether you include anything else beyond that is personal preference.

Hot (sauce) take: sriracha isn’t even Huy Fong’s best sauce.
I know this is another hot sauce’s slogan, but I put that shit on everything. I’m on my second 8.5 lb jug of the pandemic.

Last time we talked hot sauce someone mentioned chili crisp, which is chili, oil, and soybeans. I bought some and it sat on the shelf for a while. Just got around to opening the jar.
On the plus side, texture is crunchy and it tastes great. Negative is it’s high in calories. Overall 
I was kind of underwhelmed by chili crisp. Thought it was mostly just the sum of its parts. Good in soup tho.
I’ve been using chili crisp instead of sriracha in my stir frys and spicy ramen bowls.
Also, I’ve been throwing a little sichuan pepper into lots of things, it’s an extremely gimmicky way to add a little something extra to spicy dishes.

They’re a consumer coop as in the people who buy stuff have an option to buy into the company so it’s not an employee oriented coop, but coops also occasionally resist unionization

Most of Chappelle’s messaging around the trans controversy has been “fuck you, I will do whatever I want no matter how it impacts other people”, so this tracks. Right at home in Ohio (and most of the US).
David Chappelle did not make all that money making fun of poor people just to have poor people live close to him
