It really seems like a rare example of a small group of people who were pissed a white woman was accepted into Sundance with a film about muslims when their films were not. Even though most of the team was Muslim and she has spent most of her life living in Muslim countries.
Even if you just listen to the first 30 min of that podcast her life story post 9/11 is just unreal.
