In Russia the far-right party is named the Liberal Democrats. The UN needs some kind of party name enforcement organization.

When you say “Liberals”, do you mean it like in USA#1 where they’re on the left or like Australia where they’re on the right.
I’d go by where they are supposed to be, rather than where the actually are. For example, I’d classify American Dems as left (even though many would find fault with that characterization).

This is probably a dumb question, but I hate riding bikes as a form of transportation mainly because I’m afraid of exactly this sort of thing happening. So, I don’t know shit about the rules and etiquette of biking.
I was under the impression that you are not supposed to be biking on the sidewalk. If you’re riding your bike, you’re actually supposed to be on the road. If you need to go on a sidewalk, you should walk your bike.

You are right but if cities aren’t built properly for bikes that means walking your bike for miles.
Yeah, so in that case, I wouldn’t bike (if biking was something I’d ever do, which it isn’t, so this is all hypothetical).
It’s hard for me to relate, though, as where I live is very bike friendly. And most big cities I visit seem to be reasonably bike friendly. So, I’m having a hard time envisioning what not built properly for bikes looks like.
