That would be best - which is why I haven’t been discussing it here. The problem is that this narrative that Heard is a bitch is being pushed so hard on social media that it’s doing damage to all women. If Depp wins, this will be held up by every man that is accused of abuse. So when I saw that narrative being pushed here, I felt the need to let people know it’s mostly bs and being pushed by some of the worst people on the internet.

As with most things internet the only way to win is not engage at all but I acknowledge that’s hard when aggressive stupid assholes are screaming hateful nonsense.

They both seem like terrible people and I really don’t have much sympathy for either of them. Then again, I don’t care much about the personal lives of celebrities in general. If anything, social media has really dulled their lives for me.
But yeah I’ve noticed a shitload of videos on Amber Heard being terrible in court and all that nonsense. I hate the fact that YT is promoting that shit.
It would be nice if society could roll back its attitudes towards performers a bit. Maybe not so far that we consider them low class outsiders on the fringes of society again, but definitely down a few pegs. Being good on a screen or stage is a pretty shit reason to give a person elevated status in any other part of life.

I haven’t dug deep at all but on the surface at least it very much appears to be a case where people are taking it for granted that Amber Heard is simultaneously a criminal mastermind who’s been manufacturing evidence from the outset of her relationship with Depp and also the most incompetent liar of all-time, messing up basic physics of one human slapping the face of another human etc…
This is very reminiscent of the treatment of Richard Liu’s accuser. Somehow she faked being plied with alcohol in view of a restaurant surveillance camera, a driver seeing Liu making out with her while she was effectively passed out drunk, and was savvy enough to pretend to be so drunk she struggled to locate her room after entering her building. All this while being 100% unprepared for any aspect of dealing with the post-assault portion of the plan.

Why is home printing technology so awful. No matter the brand or how much you spend all printers constantly jam, have awful software, ink never works ect.
How can this one tech be immune to all market forces?
There’s very little market for it. Most people would prefer to never have to print something at home.
Sure but they do and sell millions of the machines so I don’t get why they can’t make the tech work.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a printer jam.
Have you ever had a laser printer whose only function is B&W printing?
If you’re using an inkjet, it’s because inkjet is inherently bad. If you have a color laser, it’s probably because they’re running it too fast to report better pages/minute. If you have a B&W laser, I don’t know what’s going on. I have to refill the paper on mine more often than I have to clear jams.

I have had them all over the years, and all major models. They are universally awful
