Some of these your kid very much could do (by c/p part of a Klimt and sticking a distorted photo on top, blurring the boundaries), but it’s still fascinating.

Riverman curse has a nice smooth balance to it. Another 4.5.
They are both pretty easy to use but I think the Pixray interface is a bit simpler and perhaps faster.
