The pipe operator in the text prompt splits them into separate ideas to which you can assign a relative weight to each with a colon and a number (using -1 means opposite of that thing). You can play around with the relative weighting for different results.
For options, portrait gets the aspect ratio you want for a card (widescreen and square are other options) while choosing your own seed gives you more control over reproducibility. Different seeds can produce rather different results, but if you hit on a seed that looks promising you can keep generating from that seed until you spike something, or change it to try for something more different.
