On the 4th of July, Kanye declares his independence. Is there any chance this is anything more than a publicity stunt? Will he gain traction? Is America ready for its first Kardasshian-American president?
Honestly, I imagine he’s probably a big underdog to qualify for any state’s November ballot, though I am ignorant of most states’ rules.
I wouldn’t rule anything out though. The writers are just itching to somehow, someway, give us a Trump-Biden-West debate in September.

I just spent time looking this up for wagering purposes, he’s still got a bit of time for most state deadlines as an independent but he needs signatures and well that’s the tougher part and even as a write in he’d need to fill out a lot of paperwork. Doesn’t seem like things this guy has interest in doing.

Hopefully it’s not too late for him to gather the hundreds of thousands of signatures he needs to get on the ballot in 50 states. Should probably prioritize the swing states first
he’s out in 6 right now as a non write in. NY/TX/NC being the relevant ones.

Lol, it’s really not. Who the fuck was going to vote for Biden but now is like, you know what, I’m voting for Kanye? Also, it’s a publicity stunt and he’s not going to get the signatures. Trump was different, he ran for a major party nomination and he announced in 2015, not in July of 2016.
