hah was considering that but they’ll see misery etc eventually. Maybe just “yeah I’ll heal your foo” and not mention the spec. I should probably just go holy but feel like I would regret it in the 25s. Of course my respec costs… 2g.
lmao just did Dimensius the All-Devouring - Quest - TBC Classic this guy 3 man, warlock and paladin. Paladin gets instagibbed, who knows. Warlock dies eventually as I run out of mana. I then run around the room with him at 3% and keep SWP and renew up on fumes for like 5 minutes (who knows why they didn’t run back) and he goes down.
@kansasguy think you’ll hit a wall with your 4 man at BRD time unless you’re pretty min maxy
I meant more if we could do the higher level dungeons once we were higher level not doing them now. Are they too hard to do as a group of 4 eventually?
Any1 on east server? If (lol me) I suck myself in, I guess I want the option of raiding later so time zone will matter, but I don’t care about pvp vs pve.
Horde or alliance? I’m doing a draenei or blood elf for sure. Back in the day my main was rogue, had a second squad raiding holy priest, and I think a pug level mage. Thinking warlock or pally for a new class, or might give the rogue another go, although I’m reading it’s kinda bad in tbc - lich. Shadow priest was prolly most fun to level afairc.
Feral tank druid took hourglass of the unraveler from me again in Black Morass, pretty much done pugging on my hunter. I’m never gonna get my gear, I either get ninja’d or straight up lose a roll to classes that have absolutely no business rolling on my shit. The fucking moron started sending me his stats on a second account (after I ignored him) to show me his feral dps in raids after I left the group and said “response?”, and no joke it was 380 dps. I was like HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA IS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE A BRAG and ignored him.
The only roll I’ve won so far is the gun in kara. Just abysmal.
Last night I ran BM with an all guild group (resto shaman, prot warrior, bm hunter, combat rogue and myself, another combat rogue). The other combat rogue already has the OH sword that drops off the last boss, Latro’s Shifting Sword, so I think I’m set if it drops. Well it drops and I’m pumped because I get BIS OH through the first few phases… BUT the other combat rogue needed on it as well and won. So now he has 2x Latro’s to my 0, with the kicker being the MH weapon they were using was already better than Latros…
I’ve never been mad about loot in this game, but that pissed me off. Mostly because the person just doesn’t even know their class enough to know what is good for them.
Lol first I thought it was gonna be a pic of some feral tank rolling on the hourglass. Is that what a pro’s ui looks like?
Just go holy In my opinion, probably way easier lol.
I healed a sethekk halls yesterday at 65 which was kinda hard but doable. I will try to hit 70 this weekend which gives me all week to get attuned and get gear for kara next weekend.
It’s a greedy dumb roll. They were actually trying to tell me it wasn’t BIS for me, but it’s actually one of the bis trinkets for survival - which I’m gonna respec to for 25 mans/pvp.
It’s also a very good trinket for me because it’s a proc chance and not activated, because I always forget to use my trinkets on cd.
I’m not sure my guild would set prio on that, guild leader’s a hunter and he loves rolling on literally everything haha. If I asked really nicely he might - I let him get the spear off murmur in slabs.
Oh no, it’s definitely a bis trinket for me. I’m just explaining why I definitely definitely want it. The overall increase to my dps will be higher than almost anything else I can equip. This would be true even if I played optimally. Survivals stack crit.
It’s arguable that it’s even good for feral. They have a lot of trinkets to choose from. Rolling for OS on BIS trinkets with low droprates in 70 dungeons is douchey, you won’t convince me otherwise.
I consider it kind of in the same vein as healers rolling on dps+spell dmg gear when there are better healing pieces in the same slot, or mages rolling on healing gear because of some small amount of spell dmg. I know it happens, this is just the third or fourth major piece I’ve lost to guys that are rolling on shit they shouldn’t (shaman on beastlord leggings), straight up ninja’d, or rolling for OS. It’s even more frustrating because phase 1 hunter gear is absolute trash and you don’t get many upgrades from these blues.
I need to regear my hunter slowly, I have too much hit rating (12.5%). It’s gonna be even more overkill when I spec survival because they get 3% hit from talents - so I have like ~60 extra hit I don’t need rn. So my BIS is gonna look slightly different than the actual BIS list because you use what’s available and those lists try to stack hit rating. That’s why these lists come with 3-4 options so you can tailor your gear to what’s available to you.
My healer has noooo problems getting gear which makes me like the character way more rn. You’re often the only healer rolling on anything, and since you’re spamming dungeons you get all the pieces. I have all dungeon blues for both resto and feral lol.
Its elvui’s default layout. It sucks (especially the font which I should go change) but the default UI is worse. Again, wish someone would just “solve” the UI and addon situation i.e. here’s a zip file throw everything in there and you’re done. Ultrawide is so great. No idea how I get 49 frames per second on a 15 year old game with a 4 year old GTX1080 though.
Yeah I should probably go holy I’m just resistant. Gonna finish kara attunement, maybe some quests, grind out 10+ fucking water primals and then I probably don’t need to do anything in this game that doesn’t require a group. I feel like I have a better shot at raids as shadow especially since I know nothing about healing raids but w/e.
