Yes. With the constraints of hard mode, I like being able to eliminate some consonants of middling abundance out of the gate to avoid getting stuck in a situation where 4+ different letters fit in one remaining free slot with 3 guesses to get it and no freedom to burn a guess on a word that uses several of those letters. Five bricks is not a bad result, and I can follow up with more conventional openers.

At least it seems like the creator is interested in improving things, which is good I guess. Even if that only means he has to screen the word every day and toss out ones that have grossly unfair top 100 words or something.
Wordle got me for the first time today. I’m not entire sure I’ve ever actually seen that word written because it still looked foreign to me, even though I use the word a lot in normal day to day communication.
Also, guess I"ve been playing wordle on hard mode all this time without actually being in hard mode. I’ve always used the correct guessed letters in the following word.

My first big hit came on guess 27. Words like this aren’t things people are going to easily arrive at when you start by just randomly thinking of words to enter.

I think I should get bonus points for no yellows. Also, I knew there was no way the answer was PENIS, but I made that my 3rd guess anyway.

One of these was just in Wordle. Lucky too, because it would not have come to mind.
Same. I could’ve gotten it in 2, but I went with the only other possibility for my second guess because why would THAT word come up in Dordle so soon?

Tried quordle in hard mode - I selected the word with the most matches and followed wordle hard mode rules for that word. Yes, that is hard, and will lead to a lot of failures or close calls.
