Riverman mentioned an Alford plea. I am grunching but in a regular plea I think judges have zero patience for defendants who claim they only said their guilty to get the deal. They will usually require an admittance of guilt and any sugar coating would be frowned upon.
Is there anywhere I can vote on 2024 presidential nominees? I want to place a bet on DeSantis.

It’s sad our country has degraded so much that her going off on what wasn’t even close to an unreasonable question to ask and then flaunting being a piece of shit about it is popular in society these days. “are you going to consider the new evidence or not” was an easy layup lol no for a republican but she probably had the best answer for her party these days. Politics suck. I went from it’d be nice if she lost to man I really hope she ****ing loses again **** that piece of trash.
