I saw this mentioned upthread about cheese and apple pie. Cougar Gold is the GOAT cheese if you like sharp cheddar. Seriously, nothing really compares. And they ship. I send out a few cans of the stuff every year to friends from Wisconsin so they know what real cheese is supposed to taste like.
