Staff meetings don’t have to be horrible. I blame elementary and high school ed for not teaching people how to ask a fucking question. You DO NOT need to preamble your query with your life history. You DO NOT need to ask incredibly specific questions that only apply to you personally. Asking a question is a skill. HOLY SHIT is it annoying to hear someone’s life story from conception to this morning’s breakfast before they ask how to remove a paper jam from their personal printer. RAGE.
