I haven’t watched or read American political news in about 6 weeks and have to say I have never felt better.
Ignorance really is bliss. I have, at best, a cursory understanding of what is going on and my mental health has never been better.

How did you manage to kick? I try real hard but I start getting dope sick at about 2 days and by week’s end, I’m back to monitoring the shitshow news cycle in glorious 24x7 coverage. FML.

I made some progress. I started listening to audiobooks instead of political podcasts.
I still read here a lot because you guys are my people and my mental health is fine even if we’re all doomed.
