This is just not true. Millennials may be the largest pool of PEOPLE, but not voters. Not even close.
Yeah I meant people. But we get older every year, and people vote more as they get older. The elder millenials are in their mid 30’s now… which is when people generally become consistent voters. Every year some of us age into that group and some boomers die.
At the same time look at the turnout in the two tables you showed. Young people showed up in a midterm at presidential election levels basically. They are going to turn out at historic levels vs Trump. Gen Z very nearly doubled in absolute vote count from 16-18 and the silents and boomers combined to drop 8M. Those charts tell the story of how we crush 2020.

It’s easy not to realize because it was a project of the generation before the boomers, but all this ‘small government, fiscal conservative Republican’ stuff has always been propaganda. It was consciously a bad faith argument by Buckley et al to justify white supremacy. We’re so far removed from it now that even the older generation is young enough to have grown up believing the bs story.

Actually helping someone under the age of 55 who makes less than 100k a year would probably help with turnout. Just saying. Maybe the next time we get some power we should try it.

KY is impossible. Dems on the state level will get destroyed in 2020, they’re mass retiring over there. SC, AL are also safe R. KS as long as it’s not Kobach.

Who knows what any of it means. Like, a Sanders>Trump voter I can sort of hazily imagine, mostly because I’ve been so assured they’re abundant, a burn-it-all-down mentality that just wants an outsider etc. Warren>Trump? Buttigieg>Trump? Is this just capturing the least enthusiastic rump of each candidate’s supporters?
