Is Tipping socialism?

6th debate update:

  • Debate on Dec 19
  • Hosted by PBS
  • Steyer 34k donors away as of Oct 1, but he’s likely at 200k by now, which makes the field 7 people minimum.
  • Gabbard and Yang both (1) 4% national poll away.
  • Booker will not make it, 0 qualifying polls. Same for Castro (again).
  • 10 days until cutoff.

I think Gabbard misses this unless HRC opens her big fat mouth again. Yang probably gets it in the next 7 days tops. He’s had a huge week fundraising wise and is spending actual money on advertising now. Plus that last debate performance was super strong and he’s getting a lot of coverage criticizing MSNBC.

As I’ve told you all plenty of times Yang is a legit political talent. He seems like he’s a very capable operator just based on how he’s basically created a real presidential campaign with zero resources or connections.

Nah. Agitating to prohibit employing people for less than minimum wage and making up the shortfall through tips is closer. You should still tip, though - ‘socialism’ doesn’t mean ‘everything good you can do’.

This vote is pretty much disqualifying for Gabbard.

Yangs biggest problem, I’m 100% serious, is his monotone delivery.

This is also a bad vote by Gabbard.

She may not be a believer in regime change wars, but she’s not a peace and freedom lover. She’s on the law and order, war-hawk, security state side of the Democratic party (where she has a lot of company).

yay…we’re going to have “local Alex Jones” nutbar Carl DeMaio as our congressman. Guy has been failing upward his whole life, and he’s finally gonna get what he wants because of the fucking idiots who live in east county.

Assuming he is elected, I think he would be the first openly gay Republican in Congress who was out before his first term.

Happy hangiversary to ya boy, btw.

I wonder if he’s using it to raise money that he can funnel into his senate campaign somehow?

I don’t understand

He’s trying to prove there’s no meritocracy and that billionaires can literally wipe their butt with $100 million without caring. I guess the progressives should thank him.

Puzzling to me how Warren lost ~5% of voters and Sanders didn’t gain any.
