Who will run in 2020?

When a Democrat takes the white house, and the right begins their hypocritical faux outrage, everything’s an impeachable offense bullshit again, hopefully everyone, including the new president’s response is to simply and silently and repeatedly shove a middle finger right in their face.

Which candidates are the most and least likely to respond in that way?

I’m honestly morbidly curious to see the mental contortions the right will go through after trump (assuming we win the coin flip for the future of democracy). It’s gonna be some pretzel brained, cirque du soleil cognitive dissonance.

More on Lis Smith, since it didn’t get much traction earlier:

She is running GOPete’s campaign. When someone tries their hardest to tell you who they are, it’s important to listen.

It’ll just be " you guys did it to Trump and the democrat is actually guilty. It’s your fault. "

On the right wing message board I post on they’re actually salivating at this opportunity.

Yeah, for them it will be as natural as going from a whole bunch of ineffective random herky-jerky self-defense routines to sliding comfortably into a postworkout hot tub and talking shit.

I kind of disagree and think people aren’t realizing how high stakes for this next election. IF a progressive like Sanders, Warren, Yang, or Gabbard win (along with another blue wave), the Republican party with be in such steep decline it will take years to recover. Then again, if the Republicans win, it will be the same for Dems and might be the end of democracy as we know it

Of course, if Biden or mayor Pete win, you’re probably right

lol gabbard

lol get your facts from somewhere other than MSNBC and CNN

That’s the funny thing about facts. Wherever you get them from, they’re still facts.

Lol, Sestak was so unknown he doesn’t even get into the “officially out of the race” section

Mayor Pete definitely arrived at those talking points on his own though.

Govtrack.us is a good source.

really wish those two had dropped out two days ago for um, reasons

Yeah… I’m sure that’s what @skydiver8 will tell us.

Why is healthcare my number one issue?

This is yet another person explaining why: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/yes-americans-are-feeling-the-squeeze-its-coming-from-health-care/2019/12/01/b66b42f0-12c5-11ea-9cd7-a1becbc82f5e_story.html

Now with Sestak, who was never on my radar for some reason:
