Who will run in 2020?

I thought he dropped out months ago.

Why would you make us imagine that? Do we not suffer enough???

That’s kind of the point, though. You’re preaching to the choir here, obviously.

Wow, it just keeps getting worse from GOPete here. Like, when I made the nickname up I thought I was exaggerating a bit for effect and because the name worked. But, damn…

DGAF Beto for Secretary of Saying Shit That Needs to Be Said

I’d be cool with Castro in a cabinet post.

Bernie for HHS?

I’d be cool with Pete for something like SBA, in terms of qualification. I’m now hesitant about elevating his political career any farther.

She’s either an asset or a useful idiot.

She literally grew up in a hari krishner splinter group. Her brain is probably scrambled. This seems to be the most detailed article on her, strongly linking her to Modi/Hindu nationalism (which is itself kind of a nutty “golden age” ethnonationalist worldview). How the American Sangh built up Tulsi Gabbard I only made it through about 1/4 of the article because it’s long, and I’m ok with never peeling back all the layers of the Tulsi Gabbard onion.

“Gabbard has perhaps the most peculiar personal history of any candidate running. Born in American Samoa, and raised in Hawaii by a Catholic father and a practising Hindu mother, she was primarily homeschooled. Her parents oversaw a Hare Krishna splinter group called the Science of Identity Foundation, and the family campaigned intensely against gay marriage. She was immersed in the Bhagavad Gita, and kept her childhood copy of it with her when she was deployed as a medical administrator to Iraq. Later, she gifted the same copy to Modi.”

A few months back I noticed that she has unusually high donor support from Indian Americans, more so than one would expect. The article indicates that she has been pushed by affiliates of Modi’s party.

boom!

Announcement at 4:10. She says she’s all in on the presidency. Better hope she makes it into the debate!

Her announcement makes her seem like a less grounded Marianne Williamson. It’s just empty new age babble along with goals like world peace.

Modi no doubt told her to support Trump.

She’s a very obviously astute politician. It’s very smart of her to announce she’s no longer running for a seat she would lose in a landslide now that the extent of her fraud has been uncovered. YW for those who have paid attention and didn’t dismiss namath and I screaming from the mountaintop about her ever since she gained a single tiny national profile.

Or, she’s just too stupid or brainwashed to even maintain the cover of being a viable dem candidate.

She was fucking homeschooled by Hari Krishnas and then went straight to the army. That’s like a recipe for being the dumbest person alive. I mean she’s a nice looking lady with an army background, good hair and teeth, but she is a few nickels short of a quarter.

She’s probably so stupid that she, like some lightweight Ted Cruz, though she was “destined” to be president for the glory of Krishna. Tough shit Tulsi, now fuck off!

This is all stuff we brought up months ago. I told everyone it was even simpler than that. Never believe an isolationist with a lot of views on FP.

And I’m a little unsure from your post, but my statement you quoted was being sarcastic.

Biden allowing “friends” to open a super pac for him cause of all his money issues.

She should move to Alohabama and run for Doug Jones’s seat.

academia?

Most Republicans don’t.

@wheatrich tell me again how Biden is winning this. His own campaign seems to strongly disagree.

Seems to confirm my statement that all of her “supporters” are just Republicans claiming to support her to prop her up. I’m still interested to know the origins of this in RWNJ circles because my Trump supporting friend was way out in front of this by months telling me Tulsi was clearly the Dem front runner and the most electable Dem. And me laughing him off telling him she’s basically a Republican.

I feel ya, but I’d rather she just go away. There’s a small part ot me (very small) that feels sorry for her. I mean, she’s a lying, disingenuous, corporatist war hawk, but the woman paid her dues. She was probably the most qualified person to ever run for president and would’ve done the best job at keeping the status quo alive and well. Just another example of why nunnehi’s, “let’s appeal to moderates if we wanna win the war in 10 years” is the most for shit strategy there is, but HRC would’ve kept that establishment train running smoothly for as long as she held office
