I like having access to the LA Times, but they insist on this dance where they give it to me for $1/month, and then randomly one day it’s $16/mo. And then I have to say “I’m canceling” and they knock it down again. Just give it to me for like $5/mo for good and let’s call it a day.

This is me and the WSJ, but it goes from $4 to like $35, so annoying. Their core customer has to be checked out boomers, who the fuck would pay $400 a year for a newspaper in 2022.
