The Sphere does allow you to bring in an empty clear plastic bottle to fill at water fountains.
Omg im so disconnected from vegas drink prices. Gonna stick with CVS and the free drinks one gets gambling
Pretty sure these arent guaranteed everywhere anymore either
What?? Where?
I think you still get free drinks everywhere, but some places track your play to make sure you’re eligible for a second one.
Just got back. If you want something cheap to do in Vegas an edible and the free Lake of Dreams show at the Wynn was worth it. I can’t imagine seeing the space Odyssey one not high.
Could have just been a bad trip by my edible in vegas was rough. I was falling asleep at the poker table at like 9 (and it’s not like poker was the problem I was just falling over the whole afternoon)
First time or more potent in Vegas?
Not the first time. More potent in vegas is a good theory, also could have just been run bad, since I’ve been knocked out like that a few times before.
Also though, if I take one probably 90% of the time like an hour before bed
If you want what’s essentially the THC version of the drug the guy takes in Limitless, find a place selling Mojo products. The vapes especially will turn you into this guy.
I’ve tried a lot of different vapes and there is no competition with Mojo vs anything else. Even live resin is not comparable.
I actually stopped using the stuff because easy access was too hard to resist.
For a sort of downtown menu, try Planet 13. They also have free delivery over a certain order price point.
Idk where to put this but bumping old threads is fun so.
Fans kicked out at Las Vegas GP during farcical practice day
LAS VEGAS, Nevada – Formula One’s $500 million gamble on the Las Vegas Grand Prix resembled a busted flush in the early hours of Friday morning as a farcical course of events resulted in 90 minutes of track action in front of empty grandstands.
The opening practice session, which got underway at 8.30 p.m. on Thursday evening, lasted just eight minutes after a drain cover came loose and caused serious damage to the underside of Carlos Sainz’s Ferrari.
Extensive circuit repairs, which included work on multiple manhole covers around the circuit, meant the midnight start time for the second practice session came and went without any certainty of further track action taking place.
Before 1 a.m. the FIA confirmed an extended 90-minute second session would get underway at 2 a.m., but that was later postponed until 2.30 a.m. as work on the circuit extended late into the night.
At 1.30am, after four-and-a-half hours of waiting in cold temperatures, the remaining fans were told to leave the circuit as labour laws meant security workers could no longer staff the fan areas.
Its truly incredible how much of a shitshow this whole thing has been, and like, everybody is acting surprised that shutting down and racing on the Las Vegas strip wasnt this simple task that they could just do. Absolutely Hubristic
Relying on the public infrastructure of a state without an income tax? What could go wrong!?
If anyone is interested in following the inevitable shitshow that is F1 Vegas, this is a good account to check out
I’m headed to Vegas in early December. Is there any sense of whether the process of converting the strip back will be as messy as turning it into the course was?
I’ll be there then too, i think the breakdown of the track and everything is normally pretty speedy but we’ll find out I guess.
My mom is driving to Vegas today with her bf to see rod stewart and play slots and hilariously had no idea F1 was also going to be there at the same time until a few days ago. good luck to her!
Watched F1, kind cool I guess. Now that the Fou-Fou boys are done racing, when they gonna get a NASCAR road race in Vegas?
I gotta say, I watched a bit of this, and they spent how many millions on this? I don’t know if I saw one shot during the race that outlined the fact it was in Vegas. With the camera angles, the only thing you could see was the barrier walls and fences.
Absolute pointlessness
