Good on you stepping out of tour comfort zone and making a legit difference! Face to face contact is the most valuable impact a campaign can have. I’m very confident you will be the result of at least one caucuser that would not have otherwise made the effort to go on Monday.
Good site for foraging
Get in touch with the campaign and ask them what they need.
That’s awesome Vic! Just please don’t let your conversations with voters who initially disagree with you play out like they have been on here recently.
Keep us posted on your experience. I was considering doing this for NH this weekend, would be driving up from philly, but life is getting in the way.
In the first 10 calls I got two people to commit to going to their caucus who were not planning to today. Multiply this by the thousands of us making calls and it makes an insane impact on turnout.
A couple tips to maybe help with the hangups from people who you actually do get through to:
Change the script slightly to feel more natural to you. If you sound genuine as opposed to scripted people will be more keen to listen.
Smile! It really does come through in your voice.
So it looks like we have so many people logged on calling NV that they switched a bunch over to NC early vote calls. That is a great problem to have. Might be part of why the system is lagging though.
I’d guess that’s a result of improper tagging on our end? Like someone tagging as disconnected instead of refused or something.
Keep up the good work fellas.
Awesome work JT! When results come in and you see a precinct that Bernie won by one or two votes, take pride in knowing that you legitimately made a huge difference. Tell yourself that your calls were to that precinct, whether or not that’s true :)
If you have little kids voting is no problem, just have your nanny watch them!
Pretty sure kids can join them at the caucus.
Also, if they are at work let them know that they should ask their boss/manager if they can leave to go caucus then come back. Many employers allow that.
I actually did a get text last night asking for me to do calls
Awesome. I thinks it’s just a numbers game and JT happens to be in the group thatbhasnt received a text. The campaign sends millions of texts, but that still leaves hundreds of millions un-texted.
Glad I was able to get the info to you JT. Snowball effect in motion. Together we are turning our voters and god damn that is such a great feeling.
I wasn’t trying to imply that’s what you meant.
Another point for people worried about having to talk to abrasive people is that the day of calls are going exclusively to Bernie supporters. That makes it was less intimidating knowing that at least the people on the other end won’t be rude MAGA chuds.
Just wanted to say thank you again to @JohnnyTruant, @Vict0ar, and anyone else who has stepped up to help so far. Yesterday was better than any of us could have hoped for, and I am in a really good mood this morning because of it. I am so grateful for you guys chipping in to make a difference.
On to South Carolina.

This is a 24-month full-time position (benefits provided) with the possibility of an extension, reporting to the Director of Product and Technology Development.
Today is a big day, what with the centrists consolidating behind their senile king. Get online and make some calls or texts for Super Tuesday!
