Lost Levels only as far as I can tell but some random casual player got a glitch in the game and then after a bunch of people started thinking about how that happened and went from there, the cliff notes is the smb1 box art of a fireball big mario in a firepit is a legit glitch way to finish the game (not smb1, the lost levels version of smb1).
this marvel rivals s2 patch just goes to show how a good experience can turn toxic with just a few ladder tweaks.
they had āperformanceā based mmr previously but ramped it up and the effect on the ladder has been terrible. people figured out quickly it heavily favors dps/tank due to kills/damage/final hits being an apparently very large factor to the reward. naturally anyone whoās played a rank game can see what problems with incentives arise here.
so, support sucks to climb with - Iām not getting it nearly as bad as reported by some (i think because i am easily top 1-2% of my one trick support character) but itās made supports start whining on reddit about it, which has now turned into a whole conflagration as some twerp id never heard of necros, who apparently is a big deal, went on some viral anti support rant the other day. so like a bunch of fucking lemmings im getting flamed as support every other game no matter what i do because of this guy. heās a fucking genji one trick, whining about healing is so god damn cringey. if itās so easy then you do it.
what i suspect is a lot of healbot supports are struggling to rank now (which is a valid way to climb, but not optimal for most supports in playstyle) which caused this whole drama but the effect its had on ladder is brutal. people dont even care (im around mid plat to diamond now) about throwing with all dps comp because if you manage to get svp you barely lose any points. its nuts.
ive never seen performance based ranking work. apparently they were trying to fix smurfing, which was not a problem i noticed existing at all. and is easily gamed by smurfs anyway.
i dont normally chirp too much or get toxic in my gameplay more than others but this punisher started whining right out of the spawn about an ammo pack i placed, which i usually do when the real fight isnt starting for 30+ seconds anyway, just to let him know i have it and hes on punisher with a team up - lots of them dont know - and this guy immediately starts berating me what a bad pack it was. i gently explained that the fight wasnt starting yet, just letting him know it was there, and he got abusive. so i said āalright thats your last one thenā and only threw packs to troll him as he was dying. i never do crap like that as a support but thats the environment and how it feels right now
This is why I only ever play single player or 1v1 games. If part of your gameplay loop forces me to interact regularly with Rando Calrissian Iām out.
it honestly was way more enjoyable and social before this patch. i play on console so you get way less sweaty players but this patch seemed to have broken peopleās minds. dumb timing in my opinion with overwatch 2 introducing stadium mode and 3 person pov (lol? seems dumb/gimmicky as hell to me but itāll draw people)
i can only get called a n word fa***t so many times before i just log off though. this gameās good at punishing that behavior vs other platforms like especially AVB who will laugh at you for reporting stuff like that. in a few weeks i expect it to get better. these voice comms are fucking brutal right now though.
i was a firm āno vc ever unless partiedā guy until recently someone convinced me otherwise. the closest analogy i can think of is its like trying to reason with an actually drunk toddler throwing a tantrum thatās also driving a car you are in you desperately need them to not crash.

Finally finished this dog turd. Jesus itās garbage. It goes on forever with side quests then just ends abruptly based on one of the characterās story and then leaving the other character story wide open with no conclusion. I guess for another game. I donāt know why I keep playing these AC games. Mirage was ok. This one sucked. Play Ghost of Tsushima or Rise of the Ronin.

An excellent new roguelike puzzle game called Blue Prince dropped on Xbox game pass about two weeks ago. Check it out if you like either Roguelikes or Puzzle games. It scratches both itches wonderfully. No spoilers below, but goes over the basic mechanics and how everything works.
Oblivion remastered crashed three times in the first 4 hours I have played it.
I downloaded the old GOTY version, it is honestly ok looking and doesnāt crash. The faces are rough and the leveling system is bad, other than that itās fine.

Day 17, made it to the antechamber for the first time. Got the item thats in there, but my foundation is wayyyyyyy on the other side of the house and Ive only got 5 steps left.

Iāve had no issues with crashing, just some weird graphical artifacts that Iāve had to spend too much time messing with settings in order to fix. But now that itās fixed, Itās been pretty smooth.
There is an engine optimization mod that supposedly helps and is super easy to āinstallā if you want to try it:
