You’re the attorney, no? I’m not, but I mean, I can’t think of any legal things that would keep someone from doing this. Maybe you include the source of the picture (like the publication or tv channel) but these are kind of in the public domain, aren’t they?

I’m not an attorney, but you’re making money off of someone else’s living so I’m not sure if you could do that because they are a public figure or you would still need their permission.

Was thinking just still images. Certainly not video clips. Mildly against gifs too, but less so.

I think the person who takes the photo/video owns the copyright (or whoever hired them, if so contracted) and using the images for NFTs or trading cards doesn’t count as fair use.
