this is incorrect
Le Duhhh
That’s at least 4 Russian generals. I think the allies lost 6 generals in all of WWII.
arestovich had a couple of new tidbits. ukraine had released video where they are blowing up at least two command centers. those are like headquarters but not for battalions or brigades, but whole armies. usually very deep behind the front. due to poor communications they had moved the center out of crimea somewhere towards kherson or melitopol. well… bayraktars etc. arestovich claims it may have killed several generals.
multiple sources and videos show that large groups of russian forces left the centers of mykolayev and kherson in a hurry, even as they started to be fired upon outside of town. this by itself could be nothing outside of more russian losses, but in the south is actually where the counterattacks has been the most effective.
Surely Soviets had far far more than that?
I read it on twitter somewhere. So it must be true. Actually maybe it excluded Russia.
Why disclose this now?
And, uh… why Yahoo News?
This guy’s having a field day.

Interesting Donbas assessment. Starting to seem like Donbas is the real aim of the whole war (as some on here have theorized).

i don’t really know what he’s talking about. Donetsk Rover doesn’t really come up with anything on google for me. Donetsk stands on Kal’mius but it’s not big enough to be a strategically important borderline. feels like he’s talking about Dnepr? River Don is on the russian side.
i guess he’s talking about Severskij Donetsk River, which runs cursively through Kharkiv oblast and Luhansk. It’s relatively big, and has dozens of bridges and dams over it, but it’s actually tens of kilometers long and almost as impossible to grab as encircling Kyiv, especially in the army’s current state.
What makes you say that? I was told by someone who I trust on this that basic qualification to fly a combat drone is four months and most of its flying is autonomous.
Absolutely this. They can’t be taken seriously on foreign affairs. These days, they’re only listenable when dunking on Rod Dreher types.
