it is very lol of course,
but 1) fake inflatable targets have been pretty common in both US and russian militaries since ww2. in the age of drones, they probably pay for themselves by making the enemy waste munitions.
and 2) russian war correspondents have unintentionally given away their troop positions several times, because they all race to put the content on tv/tg. this is a way not to do that.

I wondered if any of the planes at the airbase were decoys but I doubt it. They probably thought there was no need.
This seems like a good way to start losing a war.

there is a pretty big exodus happening from crimea. according to traffic data, cars leaving the kerch bridge set a record. then, due to one of the strikes, the number of passenger trains was cut this week, causing extremely long lines at the railroad station in simferopol. additionally, it is speculated that military/fsb families have gotten the signal to leave the peninsula.
Another report was that the main bridge was closed yesterday as a precaution based on intel, though actually so senior Russians and their families could evacuate without traffic jams.
