So after watching the last half hour of the Twin peaks movie again…the movie really is all about Laura Palmer’s acting. Which is crazy because the TV series doesn’t ask her to do much. But man she acts the hell out of the movie.

There’s an interview with her on the Criterion Channel. Originally she was just a local bit actor who didn’t have any lines at all but Lynch liked her so much that he wrote in the Maddy character to give her a chance and eventually he wrote the whole movie around her.

Lucy was born at the wrong time, she clearly had all the instincts to be an outstanding computer programmer, just always nails every little detail and operation.
#1 question for S3 is if Andy/Lucy’s kid is some kind of genius child prodigy.
#2: does Cooper escape from the black lodge?
#3 will we finally learn the identity of the mystery food critic?
