CYE is pretty weak for #1. Also you should watch Veronica Mars.

I had Night Court and pretty surprised it won. I expected Miami Vice, Knight Rider and Cheers to beat it. Good thing I didn’t go with my 2nd choice for the 80’s instead:

NB: That is not parody. It was a real show.

My pick for 80s would have been this masterpiece

My 80s thoughts were immediately: Knight Rider, Miami Vice, Airwolf.

Was going to go Knight Rider (Busta Bust) but after listening to all three objectively, Miami Vice was clearly the best and least non-repetitive. The fact that my mom had it on vinyl and I listened to it as a kid put it over the top.

Think I made clear all my entries with my combo of gloating and whining, as is my M.O.

I missed all of this :frowning:

Man though, the 70s absolutely crushed these other decades.

2+3+5+1+7 = 18

Shoulda gone with the all cartoon theme.
70s:

80’s
The aforementioned Duck Tales
90s
Animaniacs
00s

10s
Bojack Horseman

Bojack Horseman intro and outro songs are both sad and awesome.

90s I would have gone with the first show where I could stay up longer to watch it with my parents.

on 2nd thought the memories come back:

Never seen an episode but I was aware of the Night Court theme, it’s really great. This was enjoyable to follow along, but here’s what should have won the 80s.

Night Court is a mediocre show and the theme is massively overrated.

Figured somebody would’ve picked The Golden Girls.

Is this over? Has everyone claimed their picks? Do I need to do the scoring?

@CanadaMatt3004 ?

1 (Two Broke Girls) + 5 (Lidsville) + 4 (Rescue Me) + 6 (A Different World) + 6 (Animaniacs) = 22

Got 18/19 points. Too lazy to check.

Was going to go Fall Guy for 70s, but it was an 80s show.

Other themes of the 80s considered: Magnum PI, Macgyver. Law and Order for the 90s.

Fraggle Rock is stuck in my head fwiw.
