Reminds me of this one time at work. We were taking a picture with all of the people who donated to a charity and they asked us to do jazzfingers. I told them I was disabled and did the ole knifehand instead.

Really scary, but white supremacists have been steadily infiltrating (their words) law enforcement, the military, and obviously prisons (although given the fact that a major prison gang is the aryan nation this is less of a surprise than an inevitability).
There’s a huge gap between these guys and the median Trump voter IMO. The median Trump voter is more than a little racist, these guys have made racial hate a central part of their lives.

My brother in law has never been a cop. He retired about a year ago. He now cosplays as a security guard at a court house. He is a huge Trumpkin. He even posted something over Thanksgiving about how American Indians are dead because they were socialists and shared with the Pilgrims. Pretty sure only reason my sister puts up with him is because of the kids.

The Starbucks employee fired over the cup with ‘Pig’ on it was the shift supervisor, the employee who actually did it is a friend of the cop it was given to. The supervisor is a trans woman - unclear if that’s a factor, but who’d be surprised.
“I saw the label on a food item because I was like, ‘No, that’s not right,'” Rose recalled. “I jumped into action, apologized, then I thanked him for his time and for his service.”
Rose said the officer told her it was “no big deal” and that he was a longtime friend of the employee.
But an hour later, she received a call from the officer’s boss, Kiefer Chief of Police Johnny O’Mara… “I offered to buy the entire department, come up here and eat whatever you want to eat,” Rose said. “He felt that wasn’t good enough for him.”
But she claimed that the police chief never reached out to the Starbucks honchos and instead went directly to Facebook to bash the store in a post, which swiftly went viral.
“Not to discount the situation, and someone needs to be reprimanded for it, but I feel like we could’ve handled this like adults, it created a very threatening situation for this store,” she said.
Rose, who is a transgender college student, said she had always wanted to work for Starbucks because of how they treat employees.
