I think that’s the insinuation. Maybe trumps taxes implicate him in some criminal activity.
Just saw what will be one of the deplorable deflection methods. “Just because he didn’t pay income tax doesn’t mean he didn’t pay other taxes. He likely paid millions of dollars a year in other forms of taxes.”

I’m guessing a Dem on the Joint Committee on Taxation, given the timing. They knew they couldn’t get him on Russia with the taxes so held them til now.
Could also be someone high up in the IRS. Could be someone high up in one of his accounting firms. Could be a lot of people. It’s a miracle they haven’t leaked earlier honestly.
