The bottleneck for deportations was always immigration court. It’s possible Trump might ignore that, but my greatest fear was that he wouldn’t and would start building huge camps to hold people. Kids in cages writ large.
Perfectly normal.
There were two or three hundred people at the Utah Capitol today that didn’t get the resistance is futile memo.

OK, so what I see is a passenger jet on approach and a smaller craft (turns out it was a police or military helicopter) flying right into it.
Of course the media already framing it as “Passenger jet collides with helicopter” and not the other way around, which is quite obviously is.

Lived a long time in Wichita. Parents still live there. Awful. Hope I don’t know anyone on that flight.

And Trump took office all of…checking notes…10 days ago.
there have been small incidents here and there, this is by far the worst since the early 2000s

NYT had a piece about the alarming number of ATC near-misses a couple years back. Guess probability caught up with us.
I was gonna say there is a near miss by the FAA’s definition every few weeks.
