ah yes the old back to normal republican who sucked up the hardest right before the pillow guy gets small business administration

and a coal CEO gets EPA

If you think Hitler was incompetent you shouldnt be afraid of Trump. You should be afraid of the Heydrichs and bureaucrats(like Eichmann) of the Trump administration.

It took Germany less than 100 years to elect Hitler.

USA #1 made it almost 250 years!

In order of likelihood

  1. direct payments to trump for government favours, both domestic and foreign 100%
  2. firing huge number of government staffers and installing lackies 100%
  3. targeted prosecutions against his enemies without normal due process 98%
  4. having congress pass laws that weaken oversight and strengthen the executive 95%
  5. installing judges at every level including SCOTUS who are mostly loyalists 95%
  6. executive orders becoming how most law is made and them being backed by congress and courts 85%
  7. significant interference in all future elections 75%
  8. refusal to step down in 4 years 70%
  9. using force to put down protest 70%
  10. actual political assassination 40%

Interesting. I think 8 is 1, 10 is 2, and 9 is 3. I don’t think think the rest really matters based upon the rankings.

You think political assassination is second most likely?

Yes. There’s already been 2 assassination attempts on the orange diaper in the past 2-3 months.

Oh in that context. I was more thinking about government murdering its citizens for opposition.

Oh yea, than I agree with you .

I think it’s basically just going to be “say outrageous things but follow through on almost nothing” while looting the country.

Agree. That’s what my post is sort of saying. All the things are just about him securing power and his ability to grift.

It’s like Putin. He didn’t originally and isn’t now passing sweeping policy changes. All the changes to Russia were about securing his position as dictator.

I should have added

Changes to libel laws 90%
Significant reduction to freedom of the press 70%

This is absurd.

(1) direct payments are unlikely because there are so many indirect ways for it to be done. Literal direct bag of money style Trump bribe is less than 10%. Stays in hotels, investments in DJT, etc, yes.

(2) agree

(3) disagree. I wouldn’t be surprised if his DOJ went after a few political enemies, but if they do there won’t be sham trials. Also less of this than you expect will happen. I assume you notice that Hillary has not, in fact, been locked up.

(4) this is way less than 95% because they have like a 3 seat majority in the house. Congress isn’t getting anything dramatic done

(5) how is this not 100% lol?

(6) Isn’t this basically true already?

(7) by who? And what is “significant”? More of the general fucking with minority vote stuff republicans have done forever? Yes.

(8) it’s like 0% he tries to become president forever. If whoever the republican candidate is wins in 4 years he will obviously step down, so that’s ~50% right there. If the democrat wins he probably declares massive fraud etc but the purpose of it will be to declare the republicans the winners, not him specifically. Just like this year it’s probably a real concern in a close election, less so in a blowout.

(9) yeah probably

(10) lol 40% come on

Dudes, Trump has showed us who he is. You are doing the opposite of what republicans do when they project all of their preferences onto trump. He’s just going to do the same shit he did the first time around. He’s not becoming the Supreme Dear Leader of America and ending elections or any of that bullshit. He doesn’t have support for that shit even if he wanted to.

Also, even if that was what he wanted… the dude has serious dementia. In four years it’s not clear he’s even going to know he’s president or what the fuck is going on.

I have maybe not properly weighted the dementia or heart attack odds. The odds I cite are assuming he is healthy.

lolll this is way overestimating Trump, he doesn’t operate on anything beyond level 0.

It’s a hot take in the sense that how in the literal fuck will RFK be able to get people to exercise more and eat healthier? No one disputes that the average Joe should do both, not even the average Joe. The question is how. Another round of information campaigns sure won’t do any good.

Deep cut
