This thread is for Bruce Willis fans only

That being said, he still tried to throw his weight around on some local political thing and threated to leave the state so no one’s a saint, as always.

I’d have to look more for details, but it’s no real character assassinations anyway so I’m not going to bother bc I’m not that curious and it’s not like I’ve ever brought it up it in my life before.

Okay, I lied. For those interested:

Haven’t read and sorry not sorry if any illusions are therefore crushed

I haven’t seen or read a lot of popular stuff. Of course I have seen a lot of it, but when something is already so deeply within pop culture consciousness, or there has already been scores of criticism already written on it, I want to use my limited time on this planet to explore something new.

But there are occasional gems that are worth seeing what I think about them, too. This sounds like one of them.

I don’t know, this isn’t said for comedic effect but I don’t really remember it tbh.

I mainly remember the critical acclaim at his performance as a kid and the fact he wasn’t on the poster. I don’t know if I even ever saw it. I remember the plot and certain scenes but it’s foggy. (Unlike most movies where when I watch them once it’s much more indelible, even fair to bad movies.)

Doesn’t have Dodger’s stamp of approval. Watch Last Man Standing again instead.

And yet I am LOLing

This changed my opinion of Bruce somewhat.

LOL! He has told that story in a few of his Q&As. He also has a couple of good stories about first working with Bruce on Live Free or Die Hard.

FWIW, Bruce did later contact Kevin specifically to apologize for being such an asshole. It’s the most heartfelt conversation you’ll hear about today.

But there is also a followup to that in which Kevin discovered what was really going on when Bruce called him…

Nice I was not aware of the follow up.

For Bruce Willis Completists

Oh man, I misread the title as “This thread is for Bruce Willis only fans”

I was expecting a much different thread

He called his backup singers the Brunettes?

HBO Max added a treasure trove of new selections to their Just Added.

An entire Bruce Willis thread with no mention of Color of Night? If you say you’re a Bruce Willis fan, you need the movie where you see all of Bruce Willis.

The “How Did This Get Made” podcast on Color of Night is also excellent.

Silence with these absurd Bruce Willis purity tests. If you saw him in Beavis and Butthead Do America, you’re a fan.

But since you insist :female_detective:

lol Bruce willie

No details?

Hell yes Rollerball 2002

Risky are you aware that Bruce was in a Vonnegut adaptation?

I won’t watch it since I don’t think it’s a book that can be made into a film but you might enjoy.

I was not aware. What’s it called?
