Jason Alexander definitely seems like he takes himself pretty seriously and I think it’s likely he always has.

I know there’s a story from early Seinfeld when Larry just wrote George out of an episode (costing Jason no money; he was being paid the same for the season regardless), and Jason threw a serious fit about it and said “if you ever write me out of another episode then just write me out of the show, I didn’t move out here to not work.” Larry relented and never wrote George out again. Jason nodded to the truth of this in an interview and said he was kind of embarrassed about it looking back, though as a fan I can’t hate that he made sure that we always got time with the best character on the show.

Loved Pluribus. Love Gilligan’s whole schtick.

Agree but think it’s fair to rank it behind the first season of BB and BCS so far. Hard to judge till be have final product though.

He seemed boring as fuck when he was doing stuff for Poker Stars.

Totally agree. But for me, it could rank fairly far behind those two and still be great TV.

Michael Richards had a similar story where he was sad that Kramer didn’t go to the Chinese restaurant with them. But at that time Kramer was meant to be just the neighbor, not really someone who would go out with the friend group.

Ya they are a sick high bar.

I gotta say, I dont give a shit about Max’s story in Fallout but hopefully Kumail showing up fixes that a bit.

Also, New Vegas is starting to feel like the Fireworks Factory

Damn Wayne Knight got sexy?!

Absolutely everyone loves working with Wayne Knight, which must show how great of an actor he was in Seinfeld.

If that clip is a good representation, I can see why.

This case is closed pending further evidence.

Seinfeld is one of the only shows where I’ll forgive the laugh track and can even forget it’s there.

But I know and like some of the laugh guys, so you gotta forgive them.

I was the laugh guy on a bunch of episodes of the first season of Loveline on MTV.

You know now that you mention it, I’ll bet it’s just as much of an art for the people who do it.

It’s so much of an art that laugh guys have their own proprietary laugh boxes (you hook them into the console, give them stereo faders, and they just go) and they’re included as Re-Recording Mixers on their TV shows, despite never pushing a fader inside the actual TV show.
