Caught myself up with White Lotus last night.
I might be enjoying it more than the other two seasons so far. Interested in all the characters except for the majority of that Carolina family (father and daughter are fine, mom is annoying, younger son is useless and older son has massive âgo awayâ heat).

Sheâs annoying but also entertaining, her comments and mannerisms about trashy people are great. And that massive gold Rolex she wears makes me laugh when I see it.

I respect the shame required for the Ted Lasso crew to go into hiding for several years after season three before poking their heads back out. If thereâs one certainty in this world, itâs that everyone goes through life allowing themselves to have the memories of fucking hamsters, so I imagine a fair number of people will have either forgotten or forgiven season three by now.

Iâm pretty sure mine is a common sentiment and not a hot take. Except for the part where a bunch of hamsters have probably allowed themselves to forget, because itâs what they do.
That show doing the Sound of Music number in the should-have-been series finale was definitely an âactually seeing my soul leaving my bodyâ moment.

I donât watch with the same criticalness you watch stuff with and am pulling your leg. Iâm glad theyâre continuing the series because I like the characters and trust them to do something different with it this time. I trust them because they could have turned out 3 more seasons with the popularity the show has but didnât.

Regarding Severance: Isnât it clear by now that the whole severed worker concept isnât viable? Everyone is just strolling about; did the innies do any actual work this season? Lumon should go with home office imo.
