i swore i wouldnt watch the dragon show but here i am

it always feels like something really bad is about to happen in this show

i like that the main chick in Industry does full frontal nudity and sex scenes. every other show these days is man ass man ass man ass, it’s enough already. so props to Industry for sexualizing a female character for a change.

I find everyone in this show infuriatingly arrogant and charismatic. The random things yelled out in the background on the floor are funny and I guess can only be heard with closed captioning.

Two things I think I’ve never seen/heard on TV that have happened in Industry: wet sex noises during sex scenes, and ejaculate being sprayed onto a stomach.

I love the constant background dialogue on the trading floor. They should do an episode where Rishi just yells random stuff while other characters are talking for 60 minutes

Wow, that 1st episode of Primal would have made a killer short film. Tells the entire story with no dialogue in a crisp 21 minutes. Really curious to see where it goes from here.

Industry was good again. I’m upgrading it from B- to B+. With sustained effort it could reach an A this season.

Think I’m on E5 of FAM.

A for space stuff.
B for political stuff
D for personal stuff

cats are fascinating. i fear giving this a watch though. my cat is a psychopath. i dont want to understand her more

Finally binged The Sandman season one. With Jenna Coleman here and Matt Smith in House of the Dragon, the Whovian in me is pleased.

I was pleased with the show and found Morpheus to be a relatable protagonist.

First episodes of some new animated seasons.

Archer is trying to find its footing without Jessica Walter. There were some good jokes like the Treaty of Versailles one and I feel like it set up some good directions for the show to go in.

Star Trek Lower Decks was just great fun.

Both shows have characters in Archer and Mariner who need to show some growth this season to make the show more meaningful.

The first time I watched the Tammy Craps sketch, I was slackjawed. The second time, I was CRYING AND SHAKING.

(actually, I was really crying from laughter - it’s the most absurd, random sketch on the show)

I caught up last night. Can’t believe I have to wait a week between episodes now. One of my favorite things I’ve watched in awhile.

It’s amazing how they could take something as dull as the appendices of a fantasy series that frankly hasn’t aged that well and faithfully turn it into a TV show that perfectly captures how boring the source material is.

Being an LOTR fan right now with the new GoT show blowing up is like that scene in Casino where DeNiro and Pesci are in the corner table of the club while their rival crew is partying with hot girls and having a great time. Pesci is all like, “It’s okay, we’ve got our own fun fantasy show over here. Whatever, we’re having a good time too.”

Shock of all shocks, Discovery just announced a renewal of an HBO Max show, Harley Quinn for season 4. I honestly thought they would cancel it halfway through airing S3
